373.22 PARKING.

(a) No person shall park a bicycle upon a sidewalk in such a manner so as to interfere with pedestrian traffic or endanger the property of another.

(b) No person shall park a bicycle upon a roadway in such a manner as to interfere with vehicular traffic.
