(a) No person shall operate any motorized vehicle, which shall include mopeds, motorcycles, dirt bikes, go-carts or other similar vehicles on the area designated as a bike path, which is located between Stearns Road and Country Club Boulevard, along the I-480 right of way in the City.
(b) Nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to prohibit the operation of motorized vehicles on the bike path, if the same is being operated in the performance of a public works project, or an employee of the City who is operating any such vehicle in his official duties as an employee.
