373.12 RENTAL AGENCIES.

A rental agency operating within the City limits shall not rent or offer any bicycle for rent unless the bicycle is licensed and a license plate is attached, as provided herein, and unless such bicycle is equipped with the lamps and the other equipment required by this chapter, and is in safe operating condition.
