The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to establish stations for the registration of bicycles hereunder as he may deem necessary for the convenience of applicants. Any operator of a station so designated by the Chief of Police shall be authorized to retain thirty cents (30¢) of the total license fee for each license issued. (Ord. 80-87. Passed 10-7-80.)
