353.04 OBSTRUCTING VEHICLES TO BE MOVED; IMPOUNDING.

Attended motor vehicles found standing or parked in a fire lane shall be immediately moved upon direction of any member of the Safety Department. Any unattended motor vehicles found standing or parked in a fire lane may be impounded in a manner and subject to the penalties and charges set forth in Chapter 303 and 353.07. (Ord. 64-110. Passed 5-19-64.)
