No person shall permit to stand or park any vehicle upon any street in the City between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. For purposes of this section, “street” shall include areas of tree lawns and berms located within five (5) feet of and immediately adjacent to the roadway portion of any street without curbs. The Director of Public Safety shall cause signs indicating this restriction to be posted at the City limits.
