The Director of Public Safety shall keep a record of all traffic control file amendments, rules, regulations and proceedings promulgated in connection with his delegated authority under the provisions of this chapter, and shall provide a written copy of such new traffic control amendments, rules, regulations and/or proceedings to the Council within twenty-four hours following their promulgation.
