There is hereby established a Traffic Control File which shall list the following traffic control designations and such others as authorized by the Director of Public Safety:
(a) Traffic control signals.
(b) Through streets and State routes.
(c) Stop intersections.
(d) Yield right of way intersections.
(e) Commercial and passenger loading areas.
(f) Prohibited and limited parking areas.
(g) Fire lanes.
(h) Prohibited and restricted turns.
