(a) "City media", unless otherwise specified, means any of the following:
(1) The airspace located approximately 20-25 feet above Lorain Road approximately mid-way between East Park and West Park Drives, and in the vicinity of a certain CEI wire, or wires, which traverse that airspace above Lorain Road from north to south;
(2) The changeable copy sign on Lorain Road adjacent to the Police Station;
(3) The changeable copy sign at North Olmsted Park;
(4) Designated, nonpublic display cases located in the lobby area of public buildings, including but not limited to City Hall;
(5) Designated and limited lawn areas located on public property, not greater than thirty (30) feet in length, parallel to and not closer than ten (10) feet of the public right of way, including but not limited to North Olmsted park.
(b) "City website", means all announcement lists or boards on the City's internet site, http://www.north-olmsted.com.
(c) "Community event" means any meeting, program, exhibition, assembly, celebration, or other gathering which is either open to the general public or to which at least thirty (30) residents of the City of North Olmsted have been invited or are otherwise permitted to attend.
(d) "Community organization" means:
(1) Any non-profit corporation, which is tax exempt pursuant to IRC Section 501(c)(3), or any not for profit unincorporated association, which:
A. Either has had a continuous presence in the City of North Olmsted for at least the two-year period immediately preceding its application under the provisions of this chapter, or whose membership is composed of at least thirty (30) persons, with at least seventy-five percent (75%) of those persons being residents of the City; and
B. Organizes, sponsors or otherwise supports community events; or
(2) Any agency of the United States of America, the State of Ohio, or any political subdivision of the State of Ohio.
(e) "Presence in the City of North Olmsted" means that the organization has an office in a building which is located in a commercial district of the City.
(f) "Link" means a segment of text or a graphical item that serves as a cross-reference between parts of a hypertext document or between files or hypertext documents. (Ord. 2010-105. Passed 9-21-10.)
