167.04 EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST.
   There is created within the Department of Human Resources, the position of Employment Specialist. The Employment Specialist shall provide professional assistance to the Director in administering the following Department programs: risk management, employee health care and benefits, workers' compensation, drug and alcohol testing and Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"). The Employment Specialist shall perform such other duties as required and directed by the Director of Human Resources and additionally as set forth in the job description on file within the Office of Director of Human Resources.
