162.06 KNOWINGLY MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT.

Knowingly submitting any substantially false claim for reimbursement under this chapter shall be grounds for disciplinary action which may include termination of employment. (Ord. 2005-89. Passed 6-21-05.)
