All elective officials and employees of Council who expect to be absent from the City in excess of seven days shall be required to notify the Clerk of Council of such proposed absence and if at all possible, where the official or employee may be reached during such absence.
All appointive officials and members of all Boards and Commissions of the City, who expect to be absent from the City for a period in excess of seven days, are required to advise the Office of the Mayor of such proposed absence and furnish if at all possible, an address where the official may be reached during such absence.
