The Arts Commission shall consist of at least seven (7) and not more than eleven (11) members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council. Members shall be experienced and interested in the fields of fine arts, performing arts, architecture, landscape architecture, marketing, communications, graphic design or related fields. Such members shall serve without compensation for staggered four-year terms.
