There is hereby established the North Olmsted Arts Commission for the purposes of developing and encouraging of all forms and areas of the arts within the City for the benefit of its residents, including, but not limited to, the fine arts, performing arts, and cultural arts, as well as supporting and conducting events which celebrate the spirit, character, and history of the City.
