155.05 APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF SECRETARY.
   The Parks and Recreation Commission shall also appoint one of its members, or someone else, to act as secretary. The Secretary of the Commission shall keep detailed minutes of all meetings, sending a copy of all minutes to the Clerk of Council and members of the Commission after each meeting, and shall perform such other duties as are designated by the Commission Chairman.
