At the first meeting of each year, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall designate one of its members as Chairman and another as Vice-Chairman, and at that time shall designate the regular meeting dates and place for the year and how such meetings are to commence. (Ord. 2012-67. Passed 9-4-12.)
