155.03 ATTENDANCE; REPLACEMENT OF DELINQUENT MEMBER.
   In the event a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission is absent from two consecutive regular meetings, or for more than fifty percent of the total of all meetings in any one period of twelve consecutive calendar months, the Parks and Recreation Commission Secretary shall notify the Mayor and the Recreation, Parks and Buildings Committee of Council in writing, and the aforesaid Council Committee shall present the same to Council which may take the action necessary to remove such delinquent member and a replacement member shall be appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission by that authority which appointed the member who is removed. For purposes of this section all special meetings of the Parks and Recreation Commission shall be excluded when determining the number of consecutive absences but shall be included when determining percentage of absence.
