145.03 ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY.

There is hereby created the position of Administrative Secretary, which shall be a full time employee appointed by and answerable to the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement. The Administrative Secretary shall perform the duties as required and directed by the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement.
