141.09 BUS SERVICE AND FUND ESTABLISHED.
   The Municipality shall establish, maintain and furnish transportation, by Municipal bus service, to its citizens to the Public Square of the City of Cleveland. Such service shall be provided, maintained and furnished for all persons desiring transportation in or out of the City to any point over the route of the bus service, and from any point over or on the route, on routes established by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority pursuant to an operating agreement with the City.
   Any funds received from the operation of the Municipal bus service shall be placed in the fund to be known as the Municipal Bus Fund. Such funds shall be used to maintain and pay for the services hereby established, and are hereby appropriated for such purpose. Should such funds be insufficient to provide for the maintenance of such service and the payment of costs in connection therewith, any deficit shall be paid from the General Fund of the City, as hereafter transferred to the Bus Fund.
