141.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

Pursuant to the authority of the Charter, Article V Section 1, there is hereby established the Department of Public Service. The staffing of the Department of Public Service is hereby established and is reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Public Service contained in Section 141.99(a), which is incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
