112.04 PROJECTS; ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
   Every director or board proposing to obtain personal services for a project shall first do all of the following:
   (a)   Develop a preliminary scope of services and project description;
   (b)   Create a selection committee consisting of at least three City administrative officials. The selection committee should consist of a mix of decision-makers and individuals with relevant technical experience. All members of the selection committee should be provided with a copy of and become familiar with the provisions of this Chapter; and
   (c)   Identify interested and potential firms that may provide the necessary personal services. (Ord. 2007-68. Passed 2-5-08.)
