107.10 CONTRACTS WITH CITY.
   No Councilman or other official or employee of the City shall be interested in the profits of a contract, job, work, or services to the City in any capacity during the term for which he was elected or appointed, or for one year thereafter, nor shall he become the employee of the contractor of such contract, job, work or services while in office.
   Any Councilman or other official or employee of the City who willfully conceals such a substantial financial interest or willfully violates the requirements of this section shall be guilty of malfeasance in office or position and shall forfeit his office or position. Violation of this section, with the knowledge, expressed or implied, of the person or corporation making a sale to the City, shall render the contract voidable by Council.
