103.03 OFFICIAL SEAL.

(a) Council does hereby designate and adopt as the official City seal the proposal recommended by the Landmarks Commission which seal is presently on file in the office of the Mayor.

(b) Council directs that the seal specified in subsection (a) hereof be designated the official City seal and be used in official City business where deemed appropriate. (Ord. 78-99. Passed 7-18-78.)
