103.01 OFFICIAL FLAG.

(a) The City does hereby officially declare that there shall be an official flag for the City.

(b) The drawing of the flag as submitted by Sarah McIntyre shall be declared to be the official flag of the City.

(c) The drawing of the flag as submitted aforesaid shall be used to design and make the official flag of the City, which flag shall fly and be displayed on holidays and at official functions of the City.
