1729.99 PENALTY.

(a) Civil Penalties. Any WSC volunteer person who violates provisions of Chapter 1729 or, upon dismissal, fails to return to the WSC an identification card, CERT kit, and/or other equipment issued to him/her will be subject to a replacement fee, which amount will be determined by the WSC coordinator, subject to the review and supervision of the WCOG designated finance director.
