(a) Permits required by the Fire Code shall be granted upon payment to the City of a fee as set forth and listed as follows:

(b) In addition to permit and inspection fees outlined in subsection (a), additional fire safety and prevention fees and re-inspection charges shall be assessed by the Fire Chief or the Fire Safety Inspector and shall be paid to the City as set forth and listed as follows:
