Upon issuance of a notice to correct or abate pursuant to Section 1359.06 of this chapter to the owner of an unoccupied commercial building, the Building Commissioner shall also immediately in writing notify the owner that, within three business days, he must provide the City in writing with such information as may be required by the Building Commissioner for the proper enforcement of this chapter, as well as any other information deemed necessary for the proper administration of this Title, including the following information:
(a) Name, address and telephone number of owner (other than property address);
(b) Name, address and telephone number of property manager or custodian;
(c) Name, address and telephone number of real estate agent or other representatives;
(d) Name, address and telephone number of landscape service company;
(e) Emergency contact information in addition to the above.
