1359.04 BOARDING OF STRUCTURES.

If the owner of any unoccupied commercial structure deems it necessary to cover the windows, doors and/or other means of ingress to the building, the material used to accomplish that purpose shall have the exterior portion thereof coated with a protective coating to prevent rot and decay.
