1345.04 STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC AND SEMI-PUBLIC POOLS.

Public and semi-public pools, spas, hot tubs, and spray grounds shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Ohio Building Code and the Ohio Department of Health.
