There is hereby established a petty cash fund of one thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($1,450.00) within the Recreation Center Complex to be controlled exclusively by the Recreation Commissioner. All payments made out of the petty cash fund shall be verified by a receipt, and upon presentation to the Director of Finance, the petty cash fund will be reimbursed for the amount paid out so that there will be maintained a petty cash fund of one thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($1,450.00).
