The Mayor is hereby authorized from time to time, upon written application therefore in such form as he shall prescribe, to permit the use and rental of the North Olmsted Community Cabin and North Olmsted Senior Center as may be available for use on the days requested by such applicant, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
