943.05 CONVEYANCE OF GRAVES.

The Mayor and the Clerk of Council are the authorized individuals to execute the necessary deeds to effect a conveyance of graves in the Municipal Cemeteries upon receipt from the purchasers thereof of the consideration for such graves as established by ordinance of Council.
