(a) No cemeteries shall be established in the City, except the two Municipal cemeteries heretofore established and except the cemetery on a certain parcel of land heretofore established by the Sunset Memorial Park Association and further described as follows:
Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Lot 27, Tract 6, Olmsted Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Henry F. Schinke by deed recorded in Volume 1991, page 53 of Cuyahoga County Records of Deeds; thence southerly along the easterly line of Lot 27, 630 feet more or less to the southeasterly corner of Lot 27; thence westerly along Lot 27 being the City southerly corporation line to a point in the easterly line of Columbia Road, sixty feet wide; thence northerly along the easterly line of Columbia Road to the northwesterly corner of hereinbefore mentioned land conveyed to Henry F. Schinke; thence easterly along the northerly line of the Schinke land to the easterly line of Lot 27 being the City easterly corporation line; thence southerly along the easterly line of Lot 27 to the southeasterly corner of hereinbefore mentioned land conveyed to Henry F. Schinke and the place of beginning, be the same, more or less, but subject to all legal highways; and further described as the parcels of land bearing the Permanent Parcel 236-24-17 and 236-24-18 as of January 1, 1991.
(b) The establishment of cemeteries in addition to the cemeteries and lands herein mentioned would become a nuisance and detrimental to the City. Interments are hereby prohibited except in Municipal Cemeteries and lands mentioned herein and described.
