915.03 FREE SERVICE PROHIBITED.

Service will be provided to users outside of the City in accordance with the terms of this chapter and shall not be provided without charge to any users of such wastewater service.

It will not be necessary to annex to the City in order to receive the City sanitary sewer services so long as such outside users are within the City sanitary sewer service collection area.

Nobody, including the City, shall subsidize the cost of operating, maintaining or replacing the sewage disposal system. All users shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth in Chapters 911, 915, 917 and 919. (Ord. 84-91. Passed 10-16-84.)
