905.01 CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES.
   All driveways and service roads located on private property within condominium complexes and which are either owned in common or are prospectively to be owned in common by condominium owners shall be constructed with a minimum of seven inches in thickness of reinforced concrete pavement meeting the following specifications: Class C concrete; pour with four-inch slump; use membrane sealer for curing; two-inch leveling course and fully compacted sub-base; steel reinforcing mesh with fifty-eight pound steel per 100 square feet; concrete strength to exceed 4,000 p.s.i. after twenty-eight days.
