For purposes of enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, teen dance club license holders, and all owners and operators of public dance halls and teen dance clubs, shall permit on duty members of the North Olmsted Police, Fire and Building Departments, as a condition to retaining their license and/or lawfully conducting their business in the City, to have access during all hours of operation of said public dance halls and teen dance clubs to all rooms, spaces and areas therein that are open to the public.
