752.05 ENTERTAINMENT DEVICE ARCADE LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct or operate an entertainment device arcade in the City of North Olmsted without having first obtained a license therefore as provided in this chapter, which license shall be designated as an Entertainment device arcade license.
