739.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense and not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each subsequent offense. (Ord. 74-73. Passed 10-1-74.)
