(a) No person, company or other entity shall in the City of North Olmsted charge any person, company or other entity a retail price for gasoline which is more than fifty percent (50%) higher per gallon than the average retail price per gallon for gasoline in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, as determined by the County Auditor.
(b) A violation of paragraph (a) of this section shall be deemed to be a first degree misdemeanor and punished accordingly.
(c) This section shall remain in force and effect only for so long as the current national emergency continues, which, for purposes of this section, shall be deemed to have ended on the second anniversary of the effective date of the ordinance adopting this section.
