(a) Every person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation engaged in the retail sale of gasoline to the general public shall post on the premises from which such gasoline is sold the then current selling price per gallon of both regular gasoline and unleaded gasoline offered for sale. In the event that gasoline is dispensed or sold at varying prices, the prices to be displayed for both regular and unleaded gasoline shall be the lowest price at which the gasoline is offered for sale to the motoring public.
(b) Whenever the gasoline is dispensed in accordance with subsection (a) hereof, and the service station is dispensing the gasoline by liter rather than gallon, the individuals required to post gasoline prices under subsection (a) hereof, shall cause to be placed on the face of the pump, a sign which states "This Pump Dispenses Gas By Liter", and further, the aforesaid individual shall be required to post the price per gallon on the face of the pump.
