735.04 OPERATION IN RIGHT OF WAY; PUBLIC PROPERTY.

   (a)   Food Truck operators are prohibited from selling any food or beverage in the public right of way unless in conjunction with a community event as permitted in Chapter 177 or a block party as permitted in Chapter 311.

   (b)   Food Truck operators are prohibited from selling food or beverage on public property, including public parks, without prior written authorization from the Director of Public Service. (Ord. 2016-19. Passed 5-3-16.)
