725.03 ISSUANCE ON COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCES.

The Safety Director may issue a permit to operate a sound amplifying device mounted upon a vehicle to be operated through the streets of the City after insuring compliance with Chapter 555 and all other City ordinances.
