721.09 DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

Every licensed peddler and solicitor shall, at all times while peddling or soliciting, display said license on the outside of their person in such a manner so as to be clearly visible to residents. Upon request, such peddler or solicitor shall present said license for further inspection to any resident, police officer, or City official.
