559.04 PROHIBITION OF PRERECORDED TRANSMITTALS.

No person shall transmit or cause to be transmitted a prerecorded message to report any burglary, holdup or other emergency directly to the Police Division by means of any telephone device, telephone attachment, alarm system or other device. (Ord. 84-17. Passed 4-17-84.)
