§ 155.06 PROTECTIVE COVENANTS.
   Protective covenants are recognized as a means of contractually binding private parties in the development of land areas. Where the requirements included in a protective covenant are greater than the requirements of this chapter, the protective covenant shall be controlling. Where the requirements included in a protective covenant are less than the requirements of this chapter, this chapter shall be controlling.
