§ 155.05 INTERPRETATION.
   In interpreting and applying the provisions of this chapter, they shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the promotion of the aforesaid intents. Where the provisions of this chapter impose greater restrictions than those of any statute, provisions of the City Code, or other regulation, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling. Where the provisions of any statute, provisions of the City Code, or other regulation impose greater restrictions than this chapter, the provisions of such statute, provisions of the City Code, or other regulation shall be controlling. Integration with the zoning provisions of the City Code is necessary and shall be required to the extent applicable.
