(A) Litter, rubbish, and the like. Mobile home parks shall be kept free of litter, rubbish and other flammable material.
(B) Fire extinguishers - community service buildings. Portable fire extinguishers rated for classes A, B and C fires shall be kept visible in service buildings and at other locations conveniently and readily accessible for use for all of the occupants and shall be maintained in good operating condition. Their capacity shall be not less than 10 pounds.
(C) Fire extinguishers - mobile homes. Each mobile home owner shall provide and keep in usable condition a portable fire extinguisher rated for classes A, B and C fires. The extinguisher capacity shall not be less than 5 pounds. No mobile home may be parked for more than 3 days without such a fire extinguisher in the mobile home.
(D) Fires. Fires shall be made only in stoves, indoor incinerators and other equipment intended for such purposes.
(E) Fire hydrants. Fire hydrants shall be installed if the park water supply system is capable to serve them in accordance with the following requirements:
(1) The water supply system shall permit the operation of standard city fire hydrants;
(2) Fire hydrants, if provided, shall be located within 300 feet of any mobile home, service building or other structure in the park.
