(A) Any mobile home which does not meet the ground anchoring (tie down) requirements of this section and was lawfully existing prior to the enactment thereof may be maintained and continued until December 31, 1976.
(B) Any mobile home park which does not meet the community disaster shelter requirements of this section and was lawfully existing prior to the enactment thereof may be maintained and continued for a period of not more than 3 years.
