§ 152.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRIVEWAY. A minor private way used by vehicles and pedestrians on a mobile home lot.
   LICENSE. A written license issued by the Council allowing a person to operate and maintain a mobile home park under the provisions of this section and regulations issued hereunder.
   MANUFACTURED MOBILE HOME DWELLING. A structure, transportable in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode is 8 body feet or more in width or 40 body feet or more in length, or, when erected on site, it is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; except that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certification required by the secretary and complies with the standards established under M.S. Ch. 327.31, as it may be amended from time to time, and which structure conforms to the requirements of the Manufactured Home Building Code. Any reference to the term MOBILE HOME shall automatically be construed to refer to the term MANUFACTURED MOBILE HOME DWELLING.
   MOBILE HOME LOT. A parcel of land for the placement of a single mobile home and the exclusive use of its occupants.
   MOBILE HOME PARK. A contiguous parcel of land which has been developed for the placement of mobile homes and is owned by an individual, a firm, trust, partnership, public or private association or corporation.
   MOBILE HOME STAND. That part of an individual lot which has been reserved for the placement of one mobile home unit.
   PARK MANAGEMENT. The person who owns or has charge, care or control of the mobile home park.
   PARK STREET. A private way which affords principal means of access to individual mobile home lots or auxiliary buildings.
   PERMIT. A written permit or certification issued by the Building Inspector permitting the construction, alteration and extension of any permanent structure within the mobile home park under the provisions of this section and regulations issued hereunder.
   SERVICE BUILDING. A structure housing toilet, lavatory and such other facilities as may be required by this section.
   SEWER CONNECTION. The connection consisting of all pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the drain outlet of the mobile home to the inlet of the corresponding sewer riser pipe of the sewerage system serving the mobile home park.
   SEWER RISER PIPE. That portion of the sewer lateral which extends vertically to the ground elevation and terminates at each mobile home lot.
   WATER CONNECTION. The connection consisting of all pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the water riser pipe to the water inlet pipe of the distribution system within the mobile home.
   WATER RISER PIPE. That portion of the water supply system serving the mobile home park which extends vertically to the ground elevation and terminates at a designated point at each mobile home lot.
