Those certain codes known as the Uniform Mobile Homes Building Code contained in or promulgated under M.S. Ch. 327, as it may be amended from time to time, are recognized as the lawful standards relating to the construction, sale, maintenance, alteration or installation of mobiles homes in the city. The codes are in effect and in full force as if set out at length herein, except where the provisions of this section are inconsistent therewith, this section shall be controlling and govern.
